Center for contemporary architecture and research, dedicated to fostering Enric Miralles passion for innovation and experimentation.

The exhibition starts from an essential premise: to think of architecture as an act of care. A gesture that materializes in Healing Architectures: Designing Spaces of Care, where projects, models and drawings unfold as a continuous reading on how space can welcome, accompany and heal. Through the proposals developed for a future Kálida Center in Barcelona, the exhibition invites visitors to explore an architecture conceived not as a clinical object, but as a sensitive refuge, capable of weaving links between the hospital, the city and the human experience of care.

The exhibition is based on a simple idea: to imagine an open book, unfolded without interruption, as a continuous reading. A gesture that gives rise to the presentation of the recently published book Tramas de la Memoria, where one hundred and thirty open copies invite the visitor to travel through the universe of Enric Miralles.
