Site-Scaping

Site-Scaping is a one-week workshop that provides the tools to learn the Miralles Tagliabue EMBT method. The Fundació Enric Miralles invited the students to participate in the most fundamental part of the development of the project: the study of the site.

For Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue, studying and representing the place is already considered a moment of architectural design. Each group of students delved into one of the fundamental aspects of the site study, resulting in an empirical mode of representation characteristic of Miralles and Tagliabue, of their way of learning from spaces and creating new ones.
