MAS WEEK TARANTO

The MAS WEEK has become a strong collaborative experience between young students from the University of Basilicata and the EMBT architecture studio, based in Barcelona.

During the experimentation of three forms of knowledge, DELTA was born, a new urban space for the city of Taranto. The design process highlighted the ability to acquire knowledge, the ability to experiment with craftsmanship and the ability to give instructions and receive suggestions from the workers.

In a choral manner, DELTA shows a strong duality of the city of Taranto, in which contrasts and analogies come into play to give a contemporary vision to the city, through the symbol of the dolphin.
