Alcova space | Milan

The exhibition at Alcova during Salone 2023 in Milan , featured the impressive Tropical and Dolmen tables by Benedetta and Enric Miralles bringing back to life the Porta Vittoria Abattoir, an immense and abandoned infrastructural complex. The exhibition offers a unique insight into the detail and craftsmanship of the architects’ domestic environment, merging functionality with artistic expression and highlighting the interplay of natural materials and contemporary design. Together these pieces reflected a deep engagement with history , culture and the transformative power of design.
